The Customer
A customer is understood to be the internet user who acquires this condition by accessing the website, being responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
Acceptance
By accepting these Terms, the customer declares:
- That they are a person with the capacity to contract according to current regulations.
- That they have read and accept these Terms.
Availability
The User will always have access, prior to the start of the product contracting procedure, to the conditions, which can be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.
Validity or Duration
The period of validity or duration of these Terms and specific contracting conditions will be the time they remain published on the aforementioned website and will apply from the moment the User makes use of the website and/or proceeds to contract any products.
Modifications
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms without affecting the goods or promotions acquired prior to the modification by the User. The User agrees to read the contracting conditions carefully each time they contract a product, as these may have been modified since the last time they accessed them.
Nullity
If any clause included in these Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the Terms remaining in full force and effect.
Purpose of the Contract
This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below. The contractual purchase relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined and publicly displayed price through the website, of one or several specific products. Each of these products may be subject to specific regulations through their particular contracting conditions, which will be detailed in the warranty, returns, withdrawal section, or in the product’s technical sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging, or their own nature.

The customer can book the services on the website, on its home page, by entering the origin, destination, passengers, date, and pick-up time. Once set, click on search, and the website will give various available vehicle options. Once the vehicle is selected, the customer will enter the required personal details: first and last name, email, and phone number.
Geographic Scope
This website operates and sells within Spanish territory. Hereinafter, this geographic scope will be referred to as “the Territory.” Therefore, reservations are only made within the Territory. The use of this website and any reservations made on it are considered to be made in Spain and are thus subject to Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the mentioned Territory. This is without prejudice to the possibility of offering these services in excluded areas shortly, in which case it will be announced in advance on this website.
Product Information
The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the services through technical descriptions and photographs illustrating the available vehicles. All this is done within the limits of technology and respecting market standards.
Taxes, Currency, and Shipping Costs
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices indicated for each product include VAT and will always be expressed in Euro (€). These prices do not include shipping costs or any other additional services unless expressly stated otherwise.

The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information are available in Spanish and English, and these languages will be used to carry out the contracting.

The reservation process is easy and simple.
- Selection of origin, destination, dates, and number of adults, children, and infants.
- Selection of the type of vehicle.

- Entry of flight details, personal information, email, and contact phone, and payment method/details (option with credit card or Paypal).
Provisions to Consider in the Purchase Process
Types of Products
The website offers the following services:
- Transfer services between Malaga Airport and any point in Andalusia.
- Transfer services between two points within Andalusia.
- Excursion and tour services.
- Chauffeur services.
- Wedding car services.
Maximum Order Amount
Each reservation only allows the contracting of two services, that is, the outbound and return.
How to Cancel My Order
Service cancellations will be made via email to bookings@malagaluxurytransfers.com and with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the full service being charged. Cancellations using the website’s reservation system can be made up to 24 hours before the first transfer date. Otherwise, if your reservation was paid using Paypal, 20% of the total will be retained as cancellation fees. The notification hours for cancellations or modifications will be from 8 am to 8 pm.
Invoice
Where can I view my invoice? The invoice can be requested via email at bookings@malagaluxurytransfers.com.
Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payment Methods or Modalities
In general, the User can choose the payment method:
- By credit/debit card, for which they will provide, among others:
- Full name;
- Card number;
- CVV/CVC;
- Expiry date of the card.
Once you have validated all the information about your reservation, a choice will appear to select the payment method you wish to use and enter your details. If the payment platform informs of the card’s rejection, the order will be automatically canceled, notifying the customer online and immediately of the cancellation, as previously mentioned.
- By Paypal
You can make the payment for your purchase through Paypal. Your card details will not be stored in our database, as they will be entered on the secure website of the chosen banking entity.
General Provisions on the Payment Process
The payment order given by the customer necessarily implies adherence to these General Terms as well as the particular conditions of the reservation. For any payment method chosen by the customer, all payments will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the financial entities involved or secure payment platforms (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Once the payment is correctly made, the customer receives a confirmation email from us with the details of their reservation and payment confirmation. The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or reservations if there are indications of fraudulent operations, notifying the competent authorities of behaviors that are subject to investigation for fraud prevention.
Returns of Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products or Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 103 section L) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the marketing of our products is exempt from the application of the right of withdrawal. The article states: “The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.”

Product Warranty
All items offered on our website have the manufacturer’s official warranty under legally established terms.
Provider’s Rights
- To maintain, modify, or suspend its website without prior notice.
- To change the price of offers.
- To reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
- To deny access to IT tools to customers in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
- To collect the purchase amount from the customer once the transaction is accepted.
- To retain ownership and full rights of the item until the customer has paid in full.
- Not to reproduce, transfer, or dispose of the information published by the Provider in all its content without the express permission of the company itself.
- To correct or amend human or computer errors.
Limitation of Liability
All information provided by the User to the Provider through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the User’s responsibility to keep the data provided to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider is exempt from any liability for damages caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information.
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy, and timeliness of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
The Provider will not be responsible in cases where the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of minor or incapacitated Users authorize access, provision of personal information, or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It is the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians, or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated person to the products and services provided through www.malagaluxurytransfers.com.
The access of Users to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or harmful computer elements that may have any effect on the User’s computer equipment. In any case, it is the User’s responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider will not be responsible for any damages caused to the Users’ or third parties’ computer equipment during access to the Contents.
The Provider will not be liable for interruptions in the electricity or telecommunications services that prevent Users from using the services offered.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted according to Spanish legislation in matters that are not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile. If the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the provider’s domicile.
